Aimee was named head coach at Ohio Dominican University on March 17, 2016 after spending four seasons as an assistant coach with the program and another season as an assistant coach at Denison University.  In just her second season as head coach in 2017, the Panthers set a program record for wins in a season with 16 victories and earned their first NCAA Championship win in program history.  Haywood has helped recruit and develop one D2CCA First Team All-American, four All-Great Midwest Athletic Conference performers, two GLIAC Freshmen of the Year, 11 first and second team All-GLIAC selections as well as numerous all-region and Academic All-American honorees.  As a student-athlete at Ohio Dominican, Haywood was a two-time captain who earned a pair of all-conference awards, as well as academic honors. A goalkeeper, she graduated as the school record holder for most shutouts in a season, games played in a season and games played in a career as a goalkeeper.
