Steven McCarthy is a former professional and collegiate soccer player. He spent time with the Columbus Crew first team (2009), played with the Dayton Dutch Lions of the USL (2010-2011) and played in college at Capital University (2006-2009). The two-time All-American currently holds the OAC and Capital school record for career goals (69) and points (156). He has coached at the youth, high school, and college levels. He is currently the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach & Recruiting Coordinator at Denison University in Granville, OH. Steven enjoys coaching due to his ability to mentor young players and the role sports play in all facets of life.
